Every member is a real, verified person — authenticated through the VML Identity system. No bots. No sock puppets. No Algorithms to drive content and no anonymous agitators.

Our Founding Principles

VML Network exists to host civil, adult discourse — and nothing else.
Politics are a banned topic, this is why we created VMLPublicae, we require members to have politcal discussions there and not here. Political posts will be removed.
We will create discussion groups for those interested in specific subjects, and they may exist beyond their own borders — but these are tightly moderated environments governed by mutual respect and a duty of care toward the nations, peoples and subject being discussed.
Malicious reporting — using the moderation system as a weapon to damage another member's reputation — will result in account suspension. We take this as seriously as the abuse it attempts to mimic.
We do not tolerate intolerance. Racism, bigotry and hate have no home here, irrespective of political affiliation, nationality or belief.
